PRICES AND MINIMUM ORDER 
 
 All prices exclude GST and freight. The prices displayed are wholesale prices. VIDH IMPORTS reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. 

Minimum order quantities and a minimum order spend apply for all orders. All orders must be $300.00 or over (excluding GST and freight). For minimum order quantities please refer to our online ordering portal for information on each product, as carton quantities vary. For individual product minimums please refer to the website as packaging quantities change for each item. VIDH IMPORTS reserves the right to change our product minimums in accordance with the packaging when the product arrives. Due to packaging, we cannot sell products below the minimum. 

PRE-ORDERS & ORDER PROCESSING TIME  

 If your order contains pre-ordered items then your order will be shipped in full once the pre-ordered items become available. If you would like to split your order, please note that each order must be a minimum amount of $300.00(EX GST) 

Order Processing times vary throughout the year. During our busy periods (which includes Christmas and Easter ) processing can take up to 5 days depending on stock availability. In other times it can take 3-4 business days. We always endeavour to keep processing times to a minimum. And Availability of staff may affect on order processing  

ORDERS FROM NEW CUSTOMERS 

All customers commence on a pro-forma basis. This requires payment details to be provided to VIDH IMPORTS prior to orders being packed and prepared for dispatch. Orders will not be completed until full payment has been made. 

PAYMENT METHODS 

We accept All major Credit Cards, Cheque, cash and Direct Deposit as payment for orders. 

 CREDIT ACCOUNT 

Credit accounts are available to customers who have been approved by VIDH IMPORTS. All accounts must be paid in full 15 Business days from the date of invoice otherwise the account will revert to pro-forma.

 All the the Products are designed and manufactured by our manufacturing unit.  

 PRODUCTS DISCRITION AND PHOTOS  
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on our website. Please note that due to monitor discrepancies, products may vary slightly to what is displayed on our website.

 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

 Any visible damages or shortages should be marked immediately on the delivery note and advised to by emailing Or calling us  

We accept no responsibility for goods further shipped on by you to your customers or moved to storage. Claims for shortages should be made immediately on receipt of goods. Notice of claims, credits or returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date noting invoice number and reasons. All returns must be authorized by VIDH IMPORTS prior to sending the goods back. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging and a credit will be issued on receipt of goods unless goods were damaged in transit. CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. Credits will not be raised unless they are significantly damaged i.e. broken in transit. 

VIDH IMPORTS reserves the right to offer a replacement or repair option before issuing a refund.  

 Products Handling & Safety  

All our products are marked with products weight, some products need two or more people to handle, 

 Some of our products has a sharp edge or sharp objects, we strongly advise keep away from children, 

And use proper safety equipment like gloves and safety shoes must be worn. 

 APPLICABLE LAW 

 By visiting VIDH IMPORTS, you agree that the laws of Australia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and VIDH IMPORTS  or its affiliates. 
 
WHOLESALE  

We do not supply directly to the public. Customers must have an existing store front/registered business and/or registered domain name in order to be approved for wholesale access. We do not supply goods to be sold on social media or market stalls. 

Customer accounts will be suspended if no orders are placed after 6 months from website use approval.
