Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order value is $300 (ex GST), and each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) shown on its product page. You can mix products across the range to reach $300.
Who can buy, and how do I register?
We sell to Australian businesses with an ABN, such as retail stores, online stores and interior designers. We do not sell to the public. Register for a trade account with your business details, and we will approve it within 1 business day. You can then log in to see wholesale prices and order online.
What is your return policy?
Report any damaged, faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, with photos. Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and approved before you send anything back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return freight is paid by the buyer. See our Shipping, Returns & Trade Terms.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit/debit card at checkout or by bank transfer. For bank transfer orders, we dispatch once payment has been received. Prices exclude GST and delivery. Credit accounts are available — contact us to apply.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Orders over $500 (ex GST) are delivered free within metropolitan Melbourne. We deliver Australia-wide, and delivery costs for other areas are calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.
