Trade terms at a glance
- Trade only: we supply registered Australian businesses with an ABN.
- Minimum order: $300 (ex GST) per order, plus the minimum order quantity (MOQ) shown on each product.
- Pricing: wholesale prices are shown to approved trade accounts and exclude GST and delivery.
- Payment: after you accept our delivery quote.
- Delivery: Australia-wide. Free delivery in metropolitan Melbourne on orders over $500 (ex GST).
- Returns: report problems or request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Who can order
Vidh Imports is a wholesale supplier. We sell to Australian businesses such as gift shops, homeware stores, garden centres, online stores and interior designers. We do not sell to the public.
To see prices and order, register for a trade account with your business name and ABN. We review new accounts and approve them within 1 business day.
Minimum orders
The minimum order value is $300 (ex GST). Each product also has a minimum order quantity (MOQ), shown on the product page. You can mix products across our range to reach the minimum order value.
Pricing and payment
Wholesale prices are shown once your trade account is approved and you are logged in. All prices exclude GST and delivery. GST is added at checkout; delivery is quoted separately.
Place your order and we email you a delivery quote. Pay the full total after you accept the quote; we dispatch once payment has been received.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide from our warehouse at 1/21 Camino Cres, Cranbourne West VIC 3977. Delivery costs are quoted by our team based on your postcode and order size.
Orders over $500 (ex GST) are delivered free within metropolitan Melbourne. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, credit or refund.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and approved by us before you send anything back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return freight is paid by the buyer and is non-refundable.
To request a return or refund, use our refund request form. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
